PAYMENT TERMS

All business written with DSU is AGENCY BILLED. 

This means that in all cases, producers are responsible for the billing and collection of premiums
          from the insured.

If a policy is mortgagee billed, the producer is responsible for billing the mortgagee.

Once coverage is bound, the producer is responsible for the collection of the minimum earned
          premium in the event of cancellation.

All premiums are due within 15 days of the producers statement date.

Premium Finance agreements are the producer's responsibility.

ONCE COVERAGE IS BOUND IN WRITING, FLAT CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
