HIGH VALUE PROGRAM  - HOMEOWNERS, DWELLING FIRE, CONDOMINIUM 

THIS IS A PREFERRED RISK PROGRAM.               

    Coverage is written with the Underwriters at Lloyds (A- XV).  A firm quotation can normally be obtained within 5 working days of a complete submission.

    Coverage

Coverage is written on a standard ISO HO-3 (8/89).  Replacement cost on dwelling and contents is available.  Minimum deductible is $2,500.  

    Limits

Total insured values to $10,000,000

 Liability to $1,000,000, Medical Payments to $10,000

The policy does carry a limitation on Liability coverages. 

Personal Inland Marine Schedules for fine art, guns, jewelry, antiques, furs and collections can be attached to the policy.

    The Underwriters will consider owner occupied primary residences, seasonals, vacants, and builder's risks.  Higher protection classes and alternative constructions can also be considered.  Quotes can normally be obtained within 4 working days.  Claims will be handled by Desert Specialty Adjusters, Inc.

    The coverage is rated on the specific limits requested, do not apply percentages for coverages (i.e. if there are no appurtenant structures, do not show a limit for that coverage).
