We are pleased to announce that we have successfully
negotiated
a limited contractor's program with our supporting market.
SERVICE CONTRACTORS
We will consider all types of
"service contractors", namely those
that do not perform any actual construction.
Examples:
Janitors
Landscape Gardeners
Chimney Sweeps
Home inspectors, auditors (Excluding professional)
Maid services
REMODEL CONTRACTORS (Questionnaire
Required)
We will also consider certain types
of "construction" contractors.
NO NEW CONSTRUCTION, NO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMERCIAL
CONSTRUCTION. We are willing to look at remodel or "adding an
addition"
types of contractors.
Examples:
Kitchen remodel
Cabinet contractors
Painters, plasterers, trim carpenters
Plumbers, appliance installers
Fencing contractors
Window installers
Electricians
Flooring , tile, carpet installation
General remodeling, general maintenance (except roofing)
We will not consider general
contractors, custom home builders,
"paper" contractors, roofers, tree trimmers.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
$2,500 Minimum premium
$2,500 Deductible
We will consider "new in business" with appropriate
experience.
